All installations are not done in exactly the same way, but to a large extent. There are many manufacturers of precisely fan blades, some of the biggest are for example: Invest Living, Fuji Eletric, IVT and many more.

A few things to consider before starting the fan blade replacement

*Turn off the electricity completely, preferably from the plug cabinet.

*Check that the replacement part is identical to the old one before you remove the old one.

What you need: Wrench and Phillips screwdriver.

Step 1:

Once you have completely cut the power supply to your heat pump, locate where your circulation pump is located, double check that it is really turned off.

Step 2:

Now you have to unscrew the fan protection grille, the easiest way to do that is to use a Phillips screwdriver.

Step 3:

When the fan guard is removed, you now access the old fan blade, loosen the nut with your wrench and remove it.

Step 4:

Now put your new fan blade in place by re-threading the nut.

Step 5:

Screw the fan guard back on and turn on the power. Check that the power is returned to the circulation pump as well.
