Thermia

Thermia is a brand under Danfoss Värmepumpar AB. In 1923, work on heat pumps began in Arvika, Värmland, where research work and the development of heat pumps still takes place today. Thermia manufactures high-performance heat pumps that are developed for our Nordic climate. The ambition is to give the end customer the absolute best total economy, the greatest security and the highest convenience with their heat pump. Thermia has a strong position as a heat pump player in the Nordic market and is one of the leading manufacturers in Sweden.

In 2018, Thermia was acquired by the German heat pump manufacturer Steibel Eltron Group. With new conditions, Thermia continues to grow on the European market while receiving support for continued development in the Nordics. Their range includes air/air, air/water and exhaust air heat pumps as well as ground and ground source heat pumps.

That a heat pump is dimensioned correctly is of the utmost importance for optimal effect to be achieved, something that Thermia attaches great importance to. A qualified installer of a Thermia heat pump has been trained in a dimensioning school at the manufacturer so that you as a customer can feel confident that you are getting the most out of your investment.
